TWINS IN FACT
Sam and Rachel grew up cooking together in New Zealand wine country, Hawkes Bay. Rachel met Stefano in Europe who introduced the twins to la dolce vita.

SAM BENNETT
Sam is a highly acclaimed head chef with 20+ years of experience behind him. Some of the past restaurants Sam has run the kitchen of are Fix St James, Bourke st Bakery after hours, Glebe Point Diner, One Ford Street and Bartolo. Managing to turn every restaurant he walks into a success, Sam has been awarded SMH chef hats and taken the gong of Australia's best pub chef.
Sam has spent time in Italy and loves their unfussy, flavour packed and ingredient-focused approach to food.

Rachel and Stefano Atzeni are a husband and wife team Italian wine importers for their business Chent'annos. Before Chent'annos both Rachel and Stefano worked in fine dining restaurants throughout Europe and Australasia as managers and Sommeliers.
